After 31years, I have recently retired from the City of London Police.
Living locally in Chestfield, I can provide experience with a polite and quality service.
Welcome to Home Minding Services. I am not a security firm, I will not tell you which alarm system to have, what locks you require, which CCTV set to install. I am here to offer you a personal service by looking after your home whilst you are away. I will visit your home twice a day, I will make sure your mail is not stacked up behind your door or on view to outsiders, I will make sure you have no dripping taps. If required I will close and open curtains, turn lights on and off. Water your favourite plants. If you want I will mow your lawns and tidy your garden. I will also provide fresh milk and bread on the day you return home. By prior arrangement if you give me a list, I will also do your week's shopping which will save you having to dash out as soon as you get home.
If whilst looking after your home, I find anything wrong. I will arrange for the necessary action and repairs to be done with your selected tradesmen until you return home.
It is in my own interest to provide you with a friendly, polite and the best service possible.
Vacant holiday homes also catered for.
